Useful analytics should surface trends, exceptions and students who may need educator attention. Ask what data is used, who reviews the insight and how privacy is protected.
Implementation determines the outcome
Data cleaning, policy mapping, training, rollout and support are part of the product result. Evaluate the vendor’s ability to implement—not only demonstrate.
